We're reaching out especially to those of you who are MACHINISTS and RETIRED MACHINISTS to

help keep the trade alive by becoming moderators and teaching the rest of us how to machine! We KNOW you are out there from your registration answers! Please step up and volunteer. No pay, but tremendous satisfaction at helping teach and mentor others to learn the trade.

Just my observation, but it sounds like you are in search of mentors, not moderators. Unless you changed the definition of a moderator and you didn't distribute the memo.
