VN More Ebay Stff, Slotter And An Unknown Item

First the slotter. I got really excited, but it appears to be for the larger machines, like the 22. I contacted the seller, and it has the 5/8" tool holder, and weighs around 50 lbs. I don't know, but I am pretty sure I cant use it.

2nd is this thing, some sort of collet adapter, probably for the same machine as the slotter.
