Looks like a great start to me!!!
Did the machine come already CNC'd or is it something you retrofitted?

Once you are comfortable and get the hang of it i see some great projects coming around!!

Nice pictures and journey to the man cave!!!
You are lucky that your stairs to the basement are in the garage!

Mine are through the front door, down a hall and a sharp right turn!!
And all over hard wood flooring....
Makes getting big stuff down there a lot harder than one would think!

A friend and i carried my South Bend 9 Model A down last night and it was quite heavy enough!:roflmao:

Looks like a great mill!!!
