I bought this from fleabay. the title was "small metal shear"... the ad had only one picture. From what i could estimate i thought it was a decent size item. I put $6 down on it and got it for $5.50 (pick up only, was 20 minutes from a meeting i had).
thats a 6" rule next to it on the dinner table. It needs a bottle jack to work, but I have one that will fit (lucky me!). I am guessing it will snip 1/4" mild steel, maybe more.
so i lucked out on something, sadly it wasn't an multifix with 10 tool holders for $50.
