I've got a couple of insert tool holders that need new clamp screws. I have no idea how to order them. I'd like to order them for the tools shown below. I want the screw that holds the clamp, the screw that holds the inserts, and a couple of the clamps. They are

(top) Kennametal Boring head KM50-MSRNR5

(middle) Carboloy MTENNS 10-3

(bottom) Sandvik Coromant MTSNR 10 3A

I'd also like to know a good place to order them from. Thanks.

Here you go for the clamp screw.

Unless you already know the screw number, it may be hit and miss to get the right one. This eBay seller has them all. I've bought many from him in the past.

EDIT: here's one that is a little shorter.

The insert screw for a T-Max holder may be a little different than that for a Kennametal holder. I don't know. I don't have any T-Max tooling to compare to.

Ken

Ken, thanks for the tip. I sent him a message with the same info as above and he got back to me pretty quickly with a list of what I would need for each tool. So I placed an order and as long as they fit I should be good to go.

The clamp screw has a RH thread in the body of the tool and LH thread in the clamp and feature a hex socket on each end, if the top hex socket strips insert the hex key from the back.
The offcenter screw that passes through the center hole of the insert to pull it into the pocket also has a hex socket on both ends, some Kennametal tools (as the one in your picture) have carbide anvils that fit under the insert, some do not so they use center screws of different length..

MSC would be an excellent source http://www.mscdirect.com/browse/tnp...CS_003=7867724&CS_010=03332020&mkwid=vTvxUcWE
