Need help to identify the steadrest

I do not know much about the Clausing family of lathes and need some help to identify the steady rest I listed in the classifieds. I was told previously it fits a 4900 lathe based on the casting numbers. I have a 5310 and it does not fit it. Today I was told that the 4900 is a 10" lathe and this steady rest will not fit it. Does anyone have this particular model of steady rest and can tell me what it fits? It measures 6" from the bottom of the tool to the center. Thanks!

i don't actually have that steady rest,
but if it measures 6" from bottom to center, i'd be willing to venture it would go onto a 12" lathe and may fit other lathes than just Clausing.

Whatever machine it fits has one flat and one V way.
