I want to make a 4" screwless vise for my mill.
I can only find 3" for sale.
Is there a way to find a print ,or make a print to up scale to what I want ?

If you really want to make your own, I have nothing to offer. If, on the other hand, you're willing to buy one, here are a few possibilities:

I checked Little Machine Shop (my usual "go to" source) but they only go up to 3"
CDCO has one for $105. Their website is http://www.cdcotools.com Enter "vise" in the search box. The 4 incher is stock number 21124
Shars sells one, stock #202-1233: https://www.shars.com/4-x-4-7-8-precision-toolmakers-vise
They even have a 5 incher!

Thanks, maybe when I get back to work I can buy one.

Check out Dean's.
There are also several versions in the Workshop Practice Series and in projects or back issues of Home Shop Machinist, if you have any of those books.

I like that, except it is Al.
I think I could scale it up in steel.

I have a CDCO 2” screwless vise. It was $50 and is fine, measures out as accurate, nice surface ground finish. By inductive logic, the 4” has to be good too, right?

Just came across an opportunity to make an Al version, and I have everything.
Could put $ in my pocket.......
