Oblong Illinois tractor and engine show

I just got back from a very cool event. I thought I’d share the only video I took. The flea market was pretty good. There was a massive car show, a very respectable garden tractor show, and many massive engines like this in operation. I did see one fellah with working scale models on display, but I was on a mission and never went back to say hello. I’d recommend it if you are within a couple hours at least.

Take at least two days to see it, maybe more. A HUGE number of engines have the re builder sitting there. Only takes a second to get them talking about their pride'n'joy. I had NO IDEA how clever one had to be to get the most out of large steam engines.
