Reminds me of a shop that I worked in back in the 70's. Not quite as old, but had the same look and feel. Of course, here in East Texas, there are a number of shops that would equal that one, still making parts the old way. The repair business is one place where CNC still hasn't displaced skilled manual men.

The cameraman (or editor) sure seemed fascinated by the 4 jaw chucking they were doing. Either the same work shot multiple times, or they just captured it from several angles. Maybe they were making a few of those parts.

I remember watching it on TCR a few months ago.
