Owners of Williams agrippa tools holders specs needed

i bought a tool holder missing the locking part it hold 3/8 inch bits if that helps it is a straight head agrippa tool holder and im guessing it uses an eccentric cam if any one has one could you please send me the specs for the part that holds the bit in-place. like the one shown but it has no twist at the head.
