I purchased this today. I had a smaller German lathe it was just too small. And I was more in the market for a mill. GOD loves me, I found a combo a bit larger than the last. Now I'm to be tested to see if I'm worthy..now the work begins. I do need a few small parts. The plastic drive gears seem to be the topic of a few.
I have yet to find the vintage plastic gear store. Nor have I found the surplus of parts in some vintage lathe gurus garage. Heck I do not even know the model. I would like to find out what to look for (model) then info on starting points to start my search Any help is greatly appreciated.

Welcome to H-M.

Regarding your gears, I've read that some folks 3D print replacement gears. YMMV
Google search for a gear dimension calculator and figure the applicable specs.

It looks like that machine would benefit from a thorough cleaning but it should be the best of combo machines when tuned up.

Plastic gears are 3d printable. You can either buy them from someone or go down the rabbit hole of 3d printing.

I'm deep down that hole......not as deep as some, deeper than others.

On the up side though, once you have a 3d printer, you never stop finding a use for it. One of the other things I use it for is printing 3d gears for sewing machines that you can no longer get the original plastic gear for anymore.
