Not a great selection, but a pretty good sampling. Did not get to take pictures in the gun room but there are MANY more great examples of early military firearms.

A great display was the model of the cannon boring machine.

Pictures in my album, not sure the upload worked.

I have been to that museum and to there reserve collection. It is a great place. On you next trip over you should get to England and go see the collection at Leeds.

If I ever get a chance to go back to the United Kingdom, I would like to visit that too.. but if I do get the chance to go, I would say tha most of my time would be spent at Bisley or at Blair Atholl.

I enjoyed Bisley and so did my wife. The pattern room at Leads is the place to go though.

You know the bad part, I was born 200 yards from this museum, grew up 5 miles away and I never saw the collection until a few days before they closed to relocate and while I live 8,000 miles away.

We're happy we went though, great place for the kids as well. The live fire demos, seeing my dads original uniform and the touch anything tank and APC were their favorites.
