I'm thinking about doing what this guy did to his mill. I think it's a PM-25MV but with a differnt branding. I get awful vibrations when I'm milling on my PM-25MV, never thought about supporting the column on top to make the mill more ridgid. I don't have a block wall, just drywall, but I can make the column support and screw it onto the studs and clamp down on the top column of the mill.

You can add a 3/4” piece of quality plywood to tie into 3 of the wall studs to stiffen the whole system.

I mounted my PM25 on a used kitchen counter top, reinforced by a 24" by 30" piece of 3/4 plywood (underneath) s crewed and glued to the top. The Formica covered top is screwed to the wall, on two by four legs. no shake. I suspect the metal stand for the mill is responsible for considerable looseness.
