Powering up lathe: Denied. It's always something. Ideas?

Just an update before I let this thread sink, I swapped the legs around to make the control transformer happy. Problem solved. Lathe is powered, everything runs great, no issues with electrics or mechanics. Lathe runs quiet and smooth.
