I corrected three errors (noted above) while creating another one, dang it ! Here is the new download link for the rotab spreadsheet:

The cell reference errors have been corrected (by deleting row 4). On sheet 3, however, on the far right of the spreadsheet are the columns that relate to my very strange rotary table graduations - you should delete them to eliminate confusion.
I HATE getting old !
