SB 11 Steady Rest?

This steady rest came with my SB 9, but it doesn't fit. Sadly, it's been modified and there are no identifying numbers on it.

Looking online, could be for a SB 11 or 13?

Any help would be appreciated.

Don't think it's a SB-- some other brand I think
I see there's no way to open it up- is that the mod you mean?
A proper steady opens up with a hinge- or has a permanent opening on one side
like that one may have been before someone welded a bar across

It looks very similar to the steady rest with my sb11
I’ll take measurements on Monday and see how yours matches up
