It is probably not 20 mm. Using an imperial/SAE open end wrench on the nut and see what fits. I am guessing 3/4" or 7/8"?
 
It is 13/16". I have a SB wrench. It's cute and short, but I never use it. I like the standard combination wrenches. Even a used Harbor Freight is fine. You don't torque on it that much.
 
13/16 it must be then, although it's rather a loose fit, but a 20MM fits just perfect.
Bolt is 7/16" NC thread
Still would like an original proper wrench though

I have one that is too small for my lathe and has just been sitting around.
I got it mostly for free in a box of stuff I bought and can pass the savings on.
