Sheldon lathe

I have been looking at a Sheldon model 1224.
Seems to be in nice condition. This is a small machine with the 24 inch bed so it would fit better in my garage. Are these any good?

Sheldon’s are good machines. I have had an MW 56 P (13”x 56”) machine for over 7 years without problems. Condition is everything. Be sure it has all the necessary accessories and isn’t run into the ground
