Shop minions

After reading Jerry Ekstrom's post where he shows a picture of his up and coming star machinist I thought it would be cool to start a thread of the little ones that get to work with us. Here are my 2 nieces. I don't get to hang with them in the shop much. They live in LA and I live in NC so it is a bit of a drive. Luckily my little brother loves his shop as well so they get to create with him.

White lab coats in a machine shop, how long do they mange to stay white? LOL

My daughter used to come into the shop and offer to turn on the lathe for me, figured that was not such a good idea, but did let my two kids help out in the shop. Now they are working on getting shops of their own, well at least the tools so my son can work on cars and daughter pull wires and create sparks.
