Aluminum can become crystallized with extended heat soaks as low as 350deg f.
Remember a couple of scuba tanks exploding, years ago, after a coat of a low temperature ceramic-like coating
They had to be held at temp for around 24hrs but as the temp was 350deg the people involved thought it would be safe.
One person lost a leg!

Bill C - I should have mentioned how dangerous such liquids are. Glad you did. Everything should be perfectly organized to eliminate an accident.
