South Bend 5C Collet Closer

I know this is asking a lot, but does anyone have a 5C collet closer for a SB 10L?
I am trying to get my grandfathers lathe project completed and this is one item I lack, but have a full set of collets for.

For simplicity sake the handwheel version would be fine as long as all the bits come with it, or most all.
