South bend 9a parts. Cant tell what these "attachments" are. Do they even belong to this lathe?

So i found a listing with an estate sale, theres a 9a 4' bed length lathe model 644 A. And it comes with decent tooling. I just cant tell what these two are.

I've never seen them before, either. The one with the fork looks like a tensioner of some sort, and the other looks like a spindle. The hand wheels look like old craftsman or atlas cast hands wheels with the spokes on them, not south bend.

Disclaimer : I've been wrong before, so hopefully someone recognizes them for what they are.

that top one looks suspiciously like an atlas 10100 series tail stock.

Probably not. I don't think that they are Atlas, either. Cross section of the outer part of the hand wheel seems wrong.
