I have had this lathe over 40+ years. Just dismantled it for the second time, cleaned it up, put it back together. When I got this lathe, it was in pieces in a bushel basket at a flea market. Took it home, cleaned it up. Made a new spindle for it, threaded to fit an old 4 jaw self centering chuck I had. Added a motor and used it for 3-4 years making bushings, collars, brass and brass/cast iron model steam engines. Turned a couple of wood carving mallets from bowling pins. Handy little lathe. I just finished making a lantern tool post for it. I have bigger, better, more modern equipment now so I will wrap it, box it and put it in my shop loft unless someone wants to purchase it.
