Resolved Tapatalk banner in the way and other odd items

Having a difficult time composing message with the banner in the way.
Can't seem to dismiss it. The 'X' doesn't perform that functionality.
if you click on view it redirects from this page instead of opening in a new tab.
Clickicking on an ad also does the same.

And I'm receiving the 'Oops' error when trying to attach a couple of screen shots.
I'll add them later from my workstation. They didn't show in preview, but after I posted there they were.
