Many on here have found the stand that comes with the PM mills to be too short & have either built their own or raised the stock one. It's really a shame since these are very nice stands - just short. I took dozens of measurements of 3DShooter80's mill before mine was delivered & had a stand ready when mine arrived.
Being such a nice stand, I wanted to do something with it so I bought & cutdown a furniture dolly (they're cheaper than just buying casters) & built a simple tray for the top. So now I have a very convenient roll around tool cart with a sturdy shelf & bottom.
The band around the tray wraps around the top of the stand to keep it from sliding off.
