Thank you! Yes keeping a low profile on the bottom of the arbor allows a little bit more room than the ones I have seen for sale on line. That is why I made one instead of buying one. The top cap can be removed with a 1/2 inch wrench.I like the way you did the cap. That can lead to a very low profile which is generally pretty useful.
The Saws just arrived and they fit perfectly!
I laser engraved the arbor with the diameter of the arbor and the hole size of the saw blades.

Perhaps that was just the test fit, but be aware that the way you have that saw mounted in post #6 it will be turning backwards for a conventional vertical mill. You need to flip the blade over.
