Ken this issue comes up on a number of sites. I don't think you had any nefarious intent, but rather to just discuss a subject.

If the moderators find that something is amiss then they should bring it up.

The moderators did not have an issue with the article from my understanding. Keep in mind the owner of the forum is a everyday practicing attorney. If he had an issue, it would have been removed by him. Not saying he saw the attachment.
