Treadmill motor spindle RPM feedback in. Mach3

Hallo. I have a problem with connecting inductive proximity hall sensor for reading spindle rpm in Mach3. My spindle motor ia Pm treadmill motor and controller is kbic-240ds. How to hook up kbic controller with breakout board and sensor so spindle speed show up on the screen?

Which breakout board? The hardware you describe does not sound capable of that function
Can you describe hardware in more detail? Pictures would help also

Hallo. My breakout board is novusun nvcm 2.1 , permanent magnet treadmill motor controller is kbic-240ds and hall sensor is on the picture.
