Resolved User unable to post, marked as spam

I have been speaking with an individual who has attempted to join the conversation in a few posts, but keeps being met with an error regarding his posts being spam. He noted that he is given the same error when attempting to bring it to the attention of the forum admins.

His username is @kronoseleven and it would be much appreciated if you could whitelist him.
