Press out the old bearing in the "bearing sliding housing". I used a large socket that fit just inside on this housing.
Bearing numbers I used (1 of 2 sets of numbers)
Cleaned up and ready to install the new bearing. Press this bearing in by pressing only on the outer race!
The old bearing after being pressed out of the "bearing sliding housing". Not much to this assembly.
Press out the old bearing in the "bearing sliding housing". I used a large socket that fit just inside on this housing.
When pressing out the bearing from the bearing sliding housing you want to press from this side and push on the inside race.
Adjustable vari-disc after bearing sliding housing & bearing have been removed.
