Help identifying collet size

The straight sections on the end of the tapers. Where the groove is has me a bit stumped. TG75 is as close as I can find.

Looking forward to finding out the actual collet model.

Talked to a local machinist reseller who has a warehouse full of used tooling. He thinks it is some odd ball Chinese version made before industry standardization. Going to a box on the back shelf and shopping for a R8 ER32 collet holder and set...

Good suggestion...I'll reach out to the seller....may also stop by Rowe machinery and talk to Bob. Here's a photo of the R8 chuck, collet and nut.

EMC8-R8 maybe? Got that set with a cheap mill drill I bought. Looks a lot like that you got there

I think you may be right. I only got one collet + the holder/chuck. Couldn't find the dimensions of EMC8s online and they appear to be difficult to buy. https://www.toolots.com/review/prod...ry/22/?___store=chinese&___from_store=chinese

I think I'm just going to start over with an ER32 set. Much more common.
