Looking at an RF 30 tomorrow...any advice appreciated

I'm at least the 3rd owner...at some point it appears the bed made many contacts with tooling :( . Despite the divots, the bed seems flat and vise clamps on solidly. Wondering if it makes sense to try to fill these voids with a welder and have it reground? Or leave it alone?
 
I’d leave the table alone if it was me, maybe stone any sharp edges around the idiot marks.
And don’t worry about it, it’ll work just fine.
It looks good, start enjoying it!

That's known as the "Arc of Shame" on a drill press.
