Machining steel round outside diameter on vertical mill

So glad that the weight of rotary tables was mentioned. I have a 6” Vertex Super Spacer which is heavier than a rotary table. Since I tore a bicep I have to separate the chuck from the super spacer to handle it. It will probably just stay on the mill unless it has to be moved to do something.

I have an 8" Vertex rotary table and an 8" chuck for it. Also too heavy for me to handle when they are attached. It's not like is all that hard to put them back together but is just one more thing that discourages using the Chuck on the RT.
