This Spreadsheet will allow calculating any gear indexing plate set up. It will calculate all Gear dimensions. It is a spreadsheet on 4 pages. The 3rd page will allow calculating number of teeth up to 127 (Logan Lathe max usage) with any indexing plate or rotary table. Enter the number of turns for 360 of your table, I have included standard indexing plate numbers but you may change. Enter number of teeth, DP and the program scans all the plate numbers and gives the minimum error plate number and how many turns and holes by tooth to eliminate cumulative error.
