I am guessing that it was either recorded from 2 boats or 2 camera drones or one of each. I do not see the camera view moving vertically at all but they do have horizontal movement. One camera looks to be fairly close to the water while the other looks to located from a different angle and much higher above the water.
 
I did a bit of research into being able to do this myself.

WOW

For a starter kit with 50 drones and all the hardware and software to be able to do this would be ~$40,000.

The world record drone flight was areal images with 3051 drones all in formation and changing shapes.
 
Wow that is awesome. Could replace some fireworks!
