I was running a hour long program and noticed the sound had changed. I walk over to find the head swaying like a wet noodle. I have spent hours trying to adjust the gib with not much improvement even when tightening to to point of almost binding. Hopefully someone can point me to any resources to properly reseat the gib or point out if I am missing something obvious.
If you watch carefully the head is moving probably a good 2mm or more. I even stuck my head behind the machine and I can see the gap opening up where the head meets the way. Any help is greatly appreciated.
