8 1/2 d power feeds

have an 8 1/2 D. would like to convert to single phase motor, but im no electrician , My question is, are the other power feeds single phase? if not, a conversion would be likely not worth it, but if so, game on.

I have a 1-22 and the table power feed is single phase.
A VFD is a easy way to use 3 phase motors.

There should be data plates on the various motors but if not, examining the number of motor wires should tell you-
3 plus ground for 3 phase, 2 plus ground for single phase

Using an RPC is a better choice in my opinion as you won't have to spend all that time
trying to reinvent the wheel. That way you can get on to the fun of machining without all the
headaches involved.
