That’s quite a space saving contraption. At first I assumed some hick put several machines together.
 
Is it at a railway museum? I see a platform in the background. Or maybe anywhere in Europe.
 
There was a quick glimpse of a better kept version of a Gilman universal machine on youtube.

I enjoyed the whole tour, but the universal machine is at 18:30.

I struggled with one of the import combination machines for a while, and had to move on to something else. These look to be on a whole different level, though.
 
Definitely on the other side of the pond. You can tell by the license plate format on the cars.....could also be New Zealand or round about those parts I guess.....
 
Were those re-branded as Frankensmithy in the US?

While I like the idea, I could only imagine how running would go.

I'd like to fix your farm equipment, sir, but my quill advance has a bushing out. See, it's also the downfeed for the drill, the traverse for the shaper, and the carrier shaft for the horizontal mill head, so we're dead in the water until I get that part replaced...
