Another box... black ash this time

After making a bunch of oak boxes, I thought I would try something in ash as I have a lot of it laying around. The box
is for a spin index with matching home made tail stock built for that height. While the box is just fine for it's intended
purpose, I still prefer working with white oak. Here's a couple photos of the box and contents.



Some lettering stamps would be handy so I could label the contents of the boxes.

Thanks for the kind words! It won't be long and I will be back to metal working. I'm getting tired
of the saw dust and I don't have a dust collection other than a vacuum cleaner.

I'm curious about the finger jointed top, did you just not have a piece big enough for the full top?
 
I like ash. It doesn't get a lot of press but it's a really nice wood to work with.
