That's one of those that if someone finished his shift and forgot to take his lock the supervisor had a nightmare because he would have to reach the person by phone and get authorization to cut their lock. Of course the tech that left it was in for a bad day next shift he worked.

LOTO has saved a lot of lives.
And limbs ,etc. Unfortunately I have seen the results and life changing injuries of not using LOTO.
