Approx. $ value of Prazi combo Lathe/Mill?

I've located a small used Prazi mill/lathe, CNC'd. The picture indicates its had some use, but its impossible to tell its true condition. Seller seems to ask a reasonable price - IF its not too worn. Comes with software. Any idea what it may be worth?
