Atlas Mill M1-16 oil filler screw

Thanks a bunch. Definitely small. Is that last picture with the micrometer the head? Is the head diameter the same as the thread?
 
Yes, the head and threads are the same diameter.
 
Maybe try Brownell's. There may be a filler screw for gunsmithing that may fit?
 
OK Thanks. So it could be made from a fillister head screw but probably not a pan or binding head.
 
I ended up making it last night by taking a 1" hex head screw which was already in the ballpark head size wise, rotating it on my grinder by hand (didn't bother with the lathe) down to ~0.200", shaving the hex head sight slightly, and cutting it to 5 threads. I didn't need to shrink the head down to the thread size because of the shoulder. Not sure if there are version that don't have the shoulder.

Good call -- they have a 10-24 fillister with a head diameter of 0.256", so would just need the slightest shave and then cut down with a hacksaw:
