So, I found this odd tailstock at a local thrift store the other day. No markings except for a M6-23 on the handwheel. I think that makes it an Atlas from some other posts on the site. However, I can't find ANY pix of it.
There is no scale on the barrel. The center of the barrel is roughly 3" from the base. The clamping bolt hole is not in line with the center of the barrel, is 1.25" off.
I thought at first maybe it's not for a lathe, but a milling accessory, something like that?
Anyone seen this before?
Thanks
