Hi guys,
Now I need a good and fairly easy way to keep my new drill sets sharp.
Some mentioned drill-doctor 750. I have a universal tool and cutter grinder, but i admit to not being familiar with all the attachments. LIMITED MANUAL and limited you tube videos.
any advice would be appreciated
Thanks again,
Jon

I have a drill doctor 750x and although good, it is limited. First of all, forget smaller bits - it is woeful on the 5mm and under sizes. Secondly, it's "split point" is not really a split point. It's a hybrid type of split and although it thins out the web a little, it's a poor excuse for a split point. The only real advantage it has is consistent angles and it's reasonably fast for touching up the edge of a slightly dull drill.

Paul.
