Built A 250l Pressure Cooker Out Of A Hot Water Heater

Thanks Bob.

The difference is my door is round and I could never figure out how they got it on the inside. It must have been put in before the chamber was riveted up.

That's a step that I bet someone only forgets once!

I am also into wood work a bit these days so will be able to use it to steam some timber if I want to bend it into some odd shape.

That could hold a good pile of wood! Probably not much call for snow shoes down your way....

I've always wondered why does everyone call it a HOT water heater? Why would you need too heat hot water? Shouldn't it be called a cold water heater.
