Can anyone know what this does?

Looks like “3 AT”. Barker Milling Machines use 3A collets, as do SB 9’s. Pretty sure 3AT works.
Correction: My Barker uses 3C which are still readily available.

3AT is for Atlas lathes. Old standard, hard to find, not as versatile as 5C, and definitely a long way from ER collets.

If you decide to get rid of it. I would be interested. I would try to modify it to work with my 3C collets.

Cutting oil is my blood.
