Resolved Cannot get to HM on phone

I think I am still being blocked by a firewall on the cell phone.

I can get to it on my cell phone using a proxy service, but not directly. Which is why I suspect a firewall block, or the website has the ability to block.

Hi Jeff,

The website doesn't block devices or browsers from accessing the site. Any firewalls that may be blocking your access are on your end and under your control.

Clear your data cache maybe.

Ours will sometimes open with old data with the busy indicator spinning.

Clear the cache and it usually fixes it.
