Can’t pair touchdro and Amazon fire

Hi, I am trying to pair the touchdro with my Amazon fire tablet. However Bluetooth can see the touchdro, but when I try to pair the device I am asked for a PIN number. Of course the touchdro can’t provide a PIN number, so what can I do? Anyone else have this problem and what is the workaround. Thanks

Step 5 - Pair the Controller​

Similar to any other BlueTooth device, your TouchDRO controller will need to be paired to the Android tablet. This consists of powering up the controller and adding it to the list of paired devices via Android's BlueTooth settings page. Once the controller is found, the tablet will prompt for a pairing code, which is set to 1234 for all TouchDRO controllers.
