California is like Florida's DMV when you compared to the authorities here, with going normally aspirated i'm going down in hp from 75 to 63, but the authorities will allow it, they don't allow going from 75 to 90 hp if i'm going turbocharged. After the vehicle is certified i can modify it with less risk, in the title is saying fuel type diesel, there is no designation is it turbocharged or not.
