It turns out you need to make certain the rotary is not still turning after shuting it down before restarting it. Restarting will burn out the start capacitor. :madebooboo:

Wow! Well that's good info to know! At least it was just a capacitor ! Thank you very much for sharing that information as it will be very valuable to me while running my converter.
